1142 Granville Street

Christopher Bozyk Architects designed this stylish addition to the revitalization of Granville Street for property developer Amacon. This project consists of a combination of retail storefront at street level and 36 rental apartments in a seven storey building. A materials palette of cool glass, steel and concrete is contrasted with large coloured glass panels which act as balcony enclosures. These large multi-coloured elements, which step in and out on different planes, give the facade a unique and dynamic presence.
