Underground parking services the development, and pedestrian movement is encouraged. Retail occupies the ground floor, accessed off both street frontages, and a new central plaza with water features and other landscape amenities. Office space wraps about the plaza above ground level. The towers feature deep overhangs for solar control, with access to outdoor balcony roof spaces and views.
