The complex comprises of two warehouse buildings with office space for three tenants, while a smaller warehouse and office has been custom designed for a single tenant, Ideon Packaging. Different functions are distinctly expressed. Tilt-up concrete, steel and glass are the essential materials used and unify the functional expression and relationship between materials.
