North Fraser Way
This development replaces an outdated warehouse with two modern buildings providing multiple warehouse and office tenancies. The flexibility of the design allows for various sized tenancies each with a distinctive entrance and access to a screened truck loading area. Many of the mature trees on the site were retained, and the building entrances have been integrated into the landscape using cedar screens and glazed canopies.
