Master Planning of a 24-acre property in North Vancouver along the Dollarton Highway. The plan includes four distinct parcels. The South Lands (lots B & D) are designed as light industrial. Lot A will be mixed-use commercial and Lot C will be mixed-use office and flex industrial. Some of the users in the buildings CBA has done are Arc’teryx, ALS Chemex and Miles Industries.
